STEP 2:  Complete questionaire so that we may contact your Landlord to confirm details

                   and advise them on their payment options electronic deposit or by mail.

STEP 3:  After submitting your questionaire, we will contact you to confirm

                  your transaction and a User I.D. and Passcode will be emailed to you to allow

                  access to our "On-line Payment Center".

STEP 4:  Make your payment {Include 3% Processing Fee, payments without it will not

                   be processed!}

STEP 5:  Recieve a call and email with your confirmation number.

 $800 x .03 = $24.00 Processing Fee
